Likewise, at the airport, travelers have access to VIP lounges, priority check-ins, shuttle services, and chauffeur services. • Air Europa Economy: This cabin is designed to meet the economic flying needs of travelers. There is no cancellation or change service available with economy tickets outside of the 24-hour cancellation period. Seats are arranged ergonomically, offering only seating space with a few meters of legroom. A minimum baggage allowance is given to Air Europa economy passengers.

AIR EUROPA SUMA

Air Europa Suma is the loyalty program of Air Europa airlines. It is an exclusive program given only to the regular customers of the Air Europa airlines. The program has several partners through which customers can earn miles and redeem miles for benefits like cabin upgradation, seat allocation, lounge access, in-flight meal, free ticket booking, and airport services. Points earned through Suma Miles are of two types: Miles points and level points. Miles points allow you to redeem several benefits of programs, while level points allow you to upgrade your card membership.

AIR EUROPA CHECK-IN POLICY

• Airport Desks: To check-in for a flight, passengers can visit the airport terminal's airline counter at least 3 hours before the departure time.
• Web Check-in: Internet users can check in directly through the airline's website (at least 24 hours before departure time) by logging in with their booking information.
• Kiosk Check-in: At the airport, kiosk machines are available near the ticket counters, so travelers can bypass long lines and instead check in using such devices.

• Hand Luggage: Economy passengers can bring one hand luggage weighing 10 kg and one personal item, while business ticket holders are allowed one hand luggage weighing 14 kg and one personal item. The dimensions for the handbag are 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm including the handles, pockets, and wheels.
• Checked Luggage: The checked luggage allowance varies from route to route. The maximum weight allowed per bag is 23 kg and the maximum bag size allowed is 158 cm (L+W+H). By paying a surcharge, travelers can bring a checked bag of up to 32 kg.

HOW TO BOOK AIR EUROPA FLIGHT TICKETS?

• On your devices, you can book a flight using the booking form on the official website of Air Europa, www.aireuropa.com.
• Put out all your journey details on the booking form, such as destination city name, dates, and the number of passengers you need to book a trip for, and then click search flights.
• On the next page, several flights will appear, matching your destination and dates. Pick the best trip that fits your travel requirements.
• Then click on the selected flight, and you will be redirected to a new webpage called the itinerary page. Fill in all your personal details and proceed to the next page.
• The next page is the payment page. Enter your credit card information or UPI to pay for the flight ticket.
• You will receive your booking confirmation via email or phone once the bank has cleared your payment.
